Business Development Coordinator

Full Time. Must be available to work a flexible schedule.

Reports to:

Vice President of Purchasing

Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to):

  • Manage various positions with professional and college teams
  • Utilize various tools to facilitate the sale of tickets
  • Analyze deals to determine best use of capital
  • Make projections on performance of the various positions
  • Purchase tickets
  • Travel to events and manage on-site ticket deliveries
  • Assist in sales department as requested

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Interest in sports and concerts
  • Strong mental math skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal & written
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to manage a fast-paced work environment, multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting

Ticket Specialist

Full Time. Must be available to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm Monday – Friday with weekend rotation.

Reports to:

Manager of Ticket Operations

Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to):

  • Provide excellent service in our lobby, by telephone and email to customers
  • Accurately process and fulfill orders using varying technology
  • Preparing ticket package shipments and checking for accuracy
  • Entering ticket inventory into the POS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Must have a passion for sports
  • Retail, travel, event or sports experience considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal & written
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills required
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be available to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Must have an eye for detail

Marketing Manager/Marketing Director

Our unique distribution model creates quick and convenient access for event goers across the country and ensures that teams and rights holders maximize fan access and event revenue

Based in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area, Tickets For Less brand new headquarters will open in July of 2019. Tickets For Less is seeking a Director of Marketing and/or Marketing Manager (depending on experience level and credentials) to lead the company’s marketing efforts and execute day to day tactics of the marketing department. In this role the Marketing Manager/Director of Marketing will function as an individual contributor, lead members of the marketing team, and work with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing on marketing strategy and direction.

Tickets For Less is seeking the following experience in this role:

  • Strong digital marketing experience including but not limited to programmatic, paid social, display, email marketing integration, PPC, SEO and more
  • Experience executing campaigns focused on conversions and driving strong ROI on ad spend across digital marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge in traditional marketing channels including TV, Radio, outdoor including experience negotiating rates with agencies and stations
  • Ability to think strategically and move from vision to execution
  • Strong graphic design experience and proficient in adobe photoshop, InDesign, and illustrator
  • Experience with execution of sponsorship marketing assets preferred
  • Experience with tactical level execution of Facebook Ad Manager campaigns, Google AdWords, Google Display, and retargeting’s strategies
  • Experience managing annual marketing budget and monthly marketing budget in a fast-paced unpredictable environment

The Marketing Manager/Director of Marketing will work collaborate with all departments within the company including accounting, IT, sales and customer service and fulfillment operations.

Areas of Responsibility and Job Duties

Digital Marketing (Display, Email, Social, Paid Social):

  • Oversee weekly planning and long-term strategy of digital marketing plan
  • Manage digital marketing strategy – including content and schedule
  • Manage social media strategy
  • Responsible for interaction with customers on social media channels
  • Approve weekly email content and copy
  • Determine appropriate budgets across various digital channels and measurement of ROI
  • Responsible for growing the number of Facebook and Twitter followers

Traditional Marketing:

  • Assist in writing radio/TV copy and or editing/approval of staff copy
  • Assist in overall traditional marketing strategy
  • Ensure traditional marketing and digital marketing strategies are aligned
  • Responsible for monitoring performance of traditional marketing spend

Partnerships/Sponsorship Marketing:

  • Responsible for execution of sponsorship/marketing assets within company’s key agreements including but not limited to:
    • Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas Speedway, Kansas Athletics, Sprint Center, IMG College, and various college properties across the country

Advertising Agreements:

  • Responsible for execution of advertising agreements including but not limited to 810 WHB, Chiefs Radio Network, Fox Sports Kansas City, seasonal TV and more

Graphic Design:

  • Weekly graphic design for email marketing, social media marketing, sales presentations, and more
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Website:

  • Responsible for the content and style of the website including tactical changes to headers, pages, and blogs
  • Ongoing evaluation impact of website content to SEO performance
  • Work in partnership with Manager of Information Technology on website related issues

Mobile App:

  • Responsible for the content and style of the mobile app, changes, updates and alignment with website (both local and national view)
  • Responsible for growing the number of registered app users and monitoring data of text, email, and push notification opt-ins

Events:

  • Lead all event planning execution for conferences, tradeshows, and sponsorships
    • NACDA, ALSD, Ticket Summit, National Sports Forum, Chiefs Hospitality Tent, and staff outings

Customer Reviews:

  • Manage company customer review process including distribution, collection, and response plan to costumers
