Director of Partnerships (Kansas City Office)

Full Time. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for generating new business through outbound sales efforts and providing first-class customer service to Tickets For Less partners.

Reports to:

Chief Revenue Officer

Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to):

  • Work strategically and build strong relationships with Tickets For Less partners in the competitive ticketing environment
  • Retain and develop new business for Tickets For Less through prospecting new leads, generating referrals, and face to face appointments.
  • Build pricing plans with partners to align primary and secondary market pricing strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention goals
  • Assist in developing and executing customized service and touch point programs for all Tickets For Less partners and/or customers
  • Deliver first-class customer service to all clients of Tickets For Less
  • Work hand in hand with other Tickets For Less internal departments to ensure all tickets are properly listed, sold, and fulfilled
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Revenue Officer


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Must have a passion for sports
  • Retail, travel, event or sports experience considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal & written
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills required
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be available to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have an eye for detail

Preferred Experience:

  • Two years or more of sales management and staff training
  • Strong understanding of pro sports, college athletics, and/or music industry
  • Two years of ticket sales experience
  • Experience utilizing ticketing systems and CRM platforms
