- BJCC is cashless. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any location within the venue. The BJCC accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap to Pay.
- The BJCC has a clear bag policy. Bags must be under 12” x 12” x 6” and made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC. Diaper bags must be clear. Non-clear bags exceeding 5” x 7” are not permitted.
- Children 2 and older are required to have a ticket.
- The venue opens one hour prior to the showtime listed on the ticket unless otherwise stated.
- No reentry.
