Before you go:
- The venue has a clear bag policy in place. Clear plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed into the venue. Small clutch bags that are no larger than 6” x 9” will also be allowed and do not have to be clear.
- Food items are allowed but must be in a clear 1-gallon freezer bag
- Aerosol sprays are prohibited. Bug spray and sunscreen is allowed, non-aerosol only.
- Parking lots open one hour prior to the seating area opening. Opening time for seating varies but is usually 60 to 90 minutes before showtime.
- Hollywood Casino Ampitheatre is cashless. All points of sale only accept credit or debit cards. Apple Pay/Google Pay is available at the box office and concession/merch stands. Attendees can convert their cash to a prepaid debit card at the Guest Services Welcome Center in the Front Plaza.
- Lawn chairs are not permitted to be brought in but are available to rent and must be turned in at the end of the event.
