Terms, Policies & Conditions

Above Face Value

Tickets are sold for market value; therefore tickets in many cases are sold above face value. By purchasing tickets through Tickets For Less, the buyer agrees that the price of the ticket could be higher or lower than the printed face value. Tickets For Less is not affiliated with any team, box office or venue.

All sales through Tickets For Less are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Tickets For Less is not responsible for lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen tickets. Tickets cannot be reprinted or reissued and should be treated like cash.

Rescheduled or Cancelled Events

All tickets sales are considered final.  Refunds are available only in specific circumstances, as outlined below.  If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new event date.  Original tickets should be kept, as new tickets are usually not issued.  If an event is cancelled outright with no plan to schedule a make-up date, a full refund (minus shipping, if applicable) will be available after confirmation of the cancellation.  In many cases, venues/teams/performers may refer to an event as "cancelled" even though there are plans to reschedule.  If there is an announced plan to set a make-up date, refunds will not be available.  If the decision is eventually made to cancel the show outright, refunds will be available.  Tickets For Less will not offer refunds during the period in which plans are being finalized for a rescheduling.  In case of a rain-out or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be offered unless the game is in question is not rescheduled and there is no provision for the customer to effectuate a ticket exchange with the box office or venue for a future/different date.  In some cases of cancellation, the customer may need to return tickets to Tickets For Less within 14 days of the original event. The customer may need to return tickets via a shipping service with package tracking such as USPS certified mail, UPS or FedEx.  Tickets For Less will advise the customer of these circumstances, when necessary.  Tickets For Less is not responsible for any charges incurred or for tickets lost during transit.

In order to protect from fraud, a buyer may be required to provide additional proof of identity on an order. Proof of identity may include but is not limited to a signed credit card authorization and/or photocopies of public documents such as a states driver’s license or federal passport.

Tickets that are listed as in stock or ready to ship will be shipped out by the next business day. Packages may require a signature upon delivery. For certain events, including, but not limited to the following: all off-season orders for professional and collegiate sports teams, concerts, and Las Vegas event tickets may not be available for immediate shipment. In these situations, tickets will be shipped once received by Tickets For Less.

Returned Shipments

Shipments that are returned due to an incorrect address or because the customer did not sign for the package will be subject to an additional shipping fee to resend the tickets. The customer will be charged an additional shipping fee of $20 to resend the tickets.

International Shipping

Customers outside of the United States must choose an International shipping option. If a domestic shipping option is chosen for an order to be shipped outside the United States, the shipping cost will be adjusted by Tickets For Less after the order is placed to use the International rate.

Order Confirmation

Buyers will be notified by email or telephone once your order is confirmed. Online ordering is not in real time, therefore, tickets are subject to availability and change. Occasionally tickets ordered may no longer be available at the price or in the quantity originally ordered at the time the order is received. If equivalent or better seat locations are available at the same price, and the buyer has chosen to be automatically upgraded, Tickets For Less may fill the order with the alternative seat locations without notice. If the buyer has not chosen to be automatically upgraded, the buyer may be contacted by a staff member of Tickets For Less to discuss alternative seat locations. Tickets For Less reserves the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Orders placed after 6 PM central time Monday through Friday, weekends or holidays may not be processed until the next working day.

Order Processing

For select purchases, Tickets For Less utilizes a 3rd party service provider to perform services related to your purchase. These services include, but are not limited to: (i) processing orders, (ii) verifying order details and confirming validity of payment information, (iii) charging your credit or debit card, and (iv) coordinating the delivery of purchased tickets. The 3rd party service provider does not design or market the Site and its sole relationship with Tickets For Less is that of independent contractor. The 3rd party service provider and Tickets For Less shall collectively be referred to as “We” within these Terms.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. We grant you a limited, conditional use of promotional and discount codes under the agreement that:

  • Any use of automated software or systems may not be used to search or hold tickets using the discount codes, promotional codes, gift cards or any other offer.
  • Customers agree to only use the codes for the specified event. We may impose conditions on your use of promotional or discount codes. If you do not abide by the specifications and details listed, we have the right to terminate the purchase with no refund.
  • No brokers or ticket resellers may use promotional or discount code(s) to purchase tickets to resell for commercial use. All purchases made and found to be a broker or reseller will be subject to cancellation of purchase(s) with no refund.
  • Tickets For Less reserves the right to deactivate any code if the code is abused or we find reoccurring prohibited uses of the promotional or discount codes.
  • Customers cannot ask to apply codes retroactively. Tickets For Less has the right to offer promotional or discount codes after the original sale price but if the customer purchases the ticket beforehand, the code cannot be applied to the previous purchase. We will not refund the difference.
  • The promotional or discount codes we offer may not apply to specifications of the event. We reserve the right to exclude discounts applied to certain dates, times, section and places.

By using a promotional or discount code, the customer agrees to be subject to the terms and conditions listed. We advise customers to review all terms and conditions before using a code to avoid any cancellation of purchases caused by prohibited use of promotional or discount codes.

The prize or winnings is as stated and no cash or alternative prize(s) will be offered. The prize is not transferrable. Prizes and contests are subject to availability and Tickets For Less reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. Tickets For Less will randomly select a participant for each contest by a randomization software. In the event of random selection, Tickets For Less reserves the right to withdraw the prize(s) from the winner, if not immediately available. The randomized software will then select a replacement winner until one is found immediately. Tickets For Less will notify the winner of the collection or delivery process for the prize(s). By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Tickets For Less reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

The electronic marketing communications you receive from TFL are based on your location, and other demographic indicators. The legal ground for processing your personal data for this purpose is TFL's legitimate interest in providing its customers with electronic marketing communications that are likely to be of interest to them rather than sending every electronic marketing communication to every customer.

TFL shares the personal data of TFL’s customers with third party apps, platforms and other service providers, such as database managers/developers, publishers, and web developers/hosting companies, that assist TFL with certain processing activities, such as storing/backing up data, enhancing/maintaining databases, publishing content, and developing/offering a variety of products/services. TFL may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIF's or other similar tools on the TFL Site or in TFL email messages to assist TFL in collecting and analyzing such information. TFL uses this information to provide better, more relevant content on the TFL Site, to identify and fix any problems with the TFL Site, and to improve your overall experience on the TFL Site.

If you do not want information collected through the use of the above technologies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to automatically decline many of these technologies, or to be given the choice of declining or accepting them.

Additionally, the United States does not provide for an adequate level of data protection based on a European Commission decision, nor does the United States provide for appropriate safeguards. The United States does not have the same supervisory authority oversight, does not have the same data processing principles in effect, and does not recognize the same data subject rights as the European Union.

The TFL Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and TFL requests that individuals under 16 not provide personal data to TFL. If TFL learns that TFL has collected personal data from a child under 16, TFL will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

However, whenever personal data is processed, there is a risk that such data could be lost, misused, modified, hacked, breached, and/or otherwise accessed by an unauthorized third party. No system or online transmission of data is completely secure. In addition to the technical and organizational measures that TFL has in place to protect your personal data, you should use appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. If you believe that any information you provided to TFL is no longer secure, notify us immediately at 913-685-3322.

If you reside in the European Union, you have a right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to direct marketing ("profiling" means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a data subject, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning that data subject's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements), such as when TFL sends you marketing information based on your location, committee affiliations, practice areas, and other demographic indicators. If you exercise your right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to direct marketing, TFL will no longer process your personal data for such purposes.

Additionally, if you reside in the European Union, you have a right to object when TFL processes your personal data based on the legitimate interests of TFL or a third party such as when TFL processes your email address for the purpose of providing you with customer support or when TFL shares your personal data with third party recipients (e.g., third party app, platform and other service providers, and sponsors and content providers) based on the legitimate interests of TFL or a third party. If you exercise your right to object where TFL’s processing or sharing of your personal data is based on legitimate interests, TFL will no longer process or share the personal data covered by your objection unless TFL has compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or sharing that override your objection or that relate to the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
