Will I receive a refund if my event gets canceled?

If you purchase ticket(s) to an event and the event gets canceled for any reason, you are covered through the Tickets For Less Fansurance® Guarantee. The cost of your order will be refunded to your credit card. (If your purchase was made in person or with an alternative method, please contact our office directly at 877-685-3322).

What happens if I purchased tickets to an event and it gets postponed?

If you purchase tickets to an event and it gets postponed to a new date, your tickets will almost always be valid for the new date, depending on the venue’s policy. Once we have confirmed all changes and updates with the event organizer, we will contact you via email or phone with an update on your tickets.

Why did I have to change my login and password?

Tickets For Less recently updated its website with a new checkout process. This new checkout offers a lot of improved features but requires all Tickets For Less website users to create a new login and password to access the checkout. How will I get my tickets?

There are several methods through which you can get your ticket(s):

E-Ticket: An electronic ticket that is emailed to you. The ticket must be printed and taken with you in order to gain access to the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your ticket.

E-Ticket Instant Download: An electronic ticket that is emailed to you, typically within minutes of your order being confirmed. The ticket must be printed and taken with you in order to gain access to the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your tickets.

Mobile E-Ticket: An electronic ticket that requires a smartphone to display the ticket and gain admission into the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your ticket.

Flash Seats: A specific type of ticket that lets you enter the venue with your smartphone, credit card, or drivers license. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a Flash Seats account (including a link to Flash Seats website to setup an account), how to obtain your tickets and use them to enter your event.

Electronic Transfer: A form of paperless ticketing that requires you to download a 3rd party app to your phone, where you will create an account. You will be contacted by customer service and provided instructions. Tickets will then be transferred to your smartphone for you to scan at the venue entrance.

Special Delivery: Typically requires you to pick up your ticket at a location near the venue of your event. You will be contacted by customer service with the pick-up location and available pick-up times.

FedEx Shipping: If you choose to have your ticket shipped, it will be delivered to the shipping address associated with your purchase. You may track your ticket shipping status from the "Orders" page in your account.

Local Office Pick Up: You may choose to come by our Overland Park, Kansas, office location and pick up your ticket in person. If your ticket is not in stock when you place your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you when the ticket is ready to be picked up. You will need a photo ID in order to pick the ticket up.

I selected E-Ticket as my shipping option, but haven't received the tickets. Why not?

E-Tickets (Electronic Tickets) are NOT always instant download tickets. E-tickets will be sent to you once the order has been received and processed. In some cases E-Tickets are not immediately sent due to the venue or performer not releasing the tickets (this may happen when purchasing well in advance of the event). If this is the case with your tickets you will be sent an expected e-ticket download date which you can find in the my orders section after logging into your account on site. You will also receive and e-mail when the tickets become available for download.

How do I know my tickets are legitimate?

Tickets For Less has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We only obtain tickets from secure and trusted sources. Tickets For Less guarantees all tickets purchased on

Will my seats be next to each other?

Yes. Unless otherwise noted, all seats are side-by-side.

Your website is showing 3 available seats but I can't select 2. Why not?

We can't sell any quantity that leaves just a single ticket left. You can only buy the quantities that appear in the drop-down option.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Tickets For Less uses FedEx to ship tickets and, unfortunately, does not deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.

I want to have these tickets shipped to somewhere besides my home, can I do that?

Yes, but in order for us to protect our customers and Tickets For Less from credit card fraud, we prefer to ship all tickets to the billing address on file with the credit card company. However, if we must send tickets to somewhere other than your billing address, like your office or hotel, we may require customers to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form. By signing this form, Tickets For Less is released from any liability associated with the shipment and allows the customer to ship the tickets anywhere they want.

My FedEx shipment contained printed E-tickets; why were they shipped via FedEx rather than e-mailed?

If tickets are able to be emailed, there will be an "E-Ticket" option available. If you did not see that option, and you received printed E-Tickets, then we did not have the original PDF file in order to email those tickets to you. Rest assured, printed E-tickets are valid for entry and are fully covered by our 200% Customer Guarantee.

Why do I need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form?

A Credit Card Authorization form may be necessary for a few different reasons. Below is a non-exhaustive list as to why one would be required.

• The tickets are shipping to a location other than the billing address.
• The order is over a certain dollar figure.
• The billing address has been incorrectly entered.
• The billing address is not recognized by our credit card processor.

Why am I being asked to provide copies of my credit card and government issued photo ID? Is this safe?

We may require copies of these documents to ensure that the credit card holder is in fact authorizing the transaction. Tickets For Less is fully committed to protecting customer's privacy and does not share any of this information with anyone.
