When will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be transferred to you closer to the start of the MLB season in March. As with most Royals and MLB tickets, they will not be transferrable until that time. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will reach out to confirm your use of the promo code KCFREEPARK and ensure that your free parking pass has been added to your order. This process guarantees that your tickets and parking are properly secured for your game day experience.

How do I get a free parking pass?

The only way to obtain a free parking pass through our Royals Black Friday Special is to spend $250 or more on tickets to any one (1) Royals game & use the promo code KCFREEPARK at checkout. If you do not use the promo code, we cannot send you the parking pass.

What if I purchase tickets and forget the promo code?

As long as you purchased tickets while the Black Friday Special was active, you can call our customer care team at 913-685-3322 and reference the promo code KCFREEPARK. If your ticket order qualifies, we can still send your parking pass.

Can I get a second parking pass if I spend $500 or more?

No. The special allows one free parking pass per game, per customer. If you buy tickets to multiple games, you may earn one pass per game (with promo code).
