Many events are also being postponed and rescheduled for a later date at this time. If your event has been postponed, your ticket will likely be valid for the new date, though every event may be different. There is no need to take any action, and our team will contact you with details on your new event date.

Will I receive a refund if my event gets canceled?
If you purchase ticket(s) to an event and the event gets canceled for any reason, you are covered through the Tickets For Less Fansurance® Guarantee. The cost of your order will be refunded to your credit card. If your purchase was made in person or with an alternative method, please contact our office directly at 877-685-3322.
What happens if I become ill before the event?
While all sales are final, please contact us directly to explore potential solutions if you become ill and are unable to attend your event. You can contact us directly at 877-685-3322.
What happens if I purchased tickets to an event and it gets postponed?
If you purchase tickets to an event and it gets postponed to a new date, your tickets will almost always be valid for the new date, depending on the venue’s policy. Once we have confirmed all changes and updates with the event organizer, we will contact you via email or phone with an update on your tickets.
What's the difference between a canceled or postponed/rescheduled event?
When an event is officially rescheduled or postponed, this means that it is taking place on a new date. When an event is officially canceled, it does not happen and there is no rescheduled date.
What if they change the seating or occupancy limits of my event?
In the event that an event happens with reduced capacity, we would work directly with the venue to determine how it impacts inventory and tickets. All tickets are subject to cancellation, including tickets to an event that may happen with reduced capacity. If your tickets are canceled, you will receive a full refund through our Fansurance® Guarantee.
How will I know if an event I’m planning to attend is canceled or postponed?
Decisions to cancel or postpone events are made by the sports leagues, venues or artists. You can always check with our friendly staff for updates on postponed events, but we will reach out to you via email if an event has been postponed or canceled.
The originally scheduled MLB season has been canceled, am I getting a refund?
Tickets purchased from Tickets For Less are protected by our Fansurance® Guarantee. The cost of your order will be refunded to your credit card. We anticipate that all refunds will be completed by the end of July at the very latest. You do not need to take any action to be refunded unless you paid with an alternative method (such as cash) in which case, please contact our office directly at 877-685-3322.
The remainder of the originally scheduled NBA and NHL seasons have been canceled, am I getting a refund?
Tickets purchased from Tickets For Less are protected by our Fansurance® Guarantee. The cost of your order will be refunded to your credit card. If you paid with an alternative method, such as cash, please contact our office directly at 877-685-3322.
The MLS season has been postponed, what happens to my tickets?

As of today, these games are considered to be postponed until further notice. Your ticket will be valid to the game once it is rescheduled. We are monitoring the situation closely and waiting on additional updates from the leagues and teams.

If a game is canceled and you’ve already purchased tickets from Tickets For less, you will be protected by our Fansurance® Guarantee. The cost of your order will be refunded to your credit card. I bought tickets for a future event; How will I get my tickets?

There are several methods through which you can get your ticket(s):

E-Ticket: An electronic ticket that is emailed to you. The ticket must be printed and taken with you in order to gain access to the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your ticket.

E-Ticket Instant Download: An electronic ticket that is emailed to you, typically within minutes of your order being confirmed. The ticket must be printed and taken with you in order to gain access to the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your tickets.

Mobile E-Ticket: An electronic ticket that requires a smartphone to display the ticket and gain admission into the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your ticket.

Flash Seats: A specific type of ticket that lets you enter the venue with your smartphone, credit card, or driver's license. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a Flash Seats account (including a link to Flash Seats website to setup an account), how to obtain your tickets and use them to enter your event.

Electronic Transfer: A form of paperless ticketing that requires you to download a 3rd party app to your phone, where you will create an account. You will be contacted by customer service and provided instructions. Tickets will then be transferred to your smartphone for you to scan at the venue entrance.

Special Delivery: Typically requires you to pick up your ticket at a location near the venue of your event. You will be contacted by customer service with the pick-up location and available pick-up times.

FedEx Shipping: If you choose to have your ticket shipped, it will be delivered to the shipping address associated with your purchase. You may track your ticket shipping status from the "Orders" page in your ticketsforless.com account.
