There are several methods through which you can get your ticket(s):
E-Ticket: An electronic ticket that is emailed to you. The ticket must be printed and taken with you in order to gain access to the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your ticket.
E-Ticket Instant Download: An electronic ticket that is emailed to you, typically within minutes of your order being confirmed. The ticket must be printed and taken with you in order to gain access to the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your tickets.
Mobile E-Ticket: An electronic ticket that requires a smartphone to display the ticket and gain admission into the event. An email will direct you to a link where you can download your ticket.
Flash Seats: A specific type of ticket that lets you enter the venue with your smartphone, credit card, or driver's license. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a Flash Seats account (including a link to Flash Seats website to setup an account), how to obtain your tickets and use them to enter your event.
Electronic Transfer: A form of paperless ticketing that requires you to download a 3rd party app to your phone, where you will create an account. You will be contacted by customer service and provided instructions. Tickets will then be transferred to your smartphone for you to scan at the venue entrance.
Special Delivery: Typically requires you to pick up your ticket at a location near the venue of your event. You will be contacted by customer service with the pick-up location and available pick-up times.
